Manufacturing a large inflatable replica of an item is one of our many specialties. We first take our client's item, ask for their artwork and begin surface modeling and placing images and color on the model to see how we can adapt it into an inflatable.
Kingsford is a classic, tried and true charcoal briquette manufacturer. For this project, they wanted to make a giant inflatable replica of their new line of charcoal briquettes with Garlic, Onion, Paprika and hickory wood. Not only is it a new product line but it also has an entirely new face on their packaging. So, we had to be able to make the images, logos and color match their real world item.
One of the greatest things about working with a customer who has a dedicated marketing department is that they always have logos, images and precise colors ready to go for printing purposes. We were able to take the images, logos and verbiage they provided and turn them into a large inflatable quite easily. Of course, making sure the print is up to par with the graphics is an art form but we have a specialty in house graphics department.
As a matter of fact, we manufacture everything in-house. This allows for a quick turnaround time because our entire team is under one roof working together to make these projects come to life. When you send us a general request for an inflatable we will have our sales staff take notes and then they will work hand in hand with our design team to create a mockup. Once the mockup is complete we will forward it to you for free (we do not charge for 3D Renderings.)
If you need to change dimensions, colors, logo placement or make any other changes to the model we will be helped you do so until we create a rendering you are happy with. Once we are set on the model and imaging for this inflatable, we will begin production and provide you with a delivery date.
